Privacy notice

This notice lists what Rankele holds about you, why, and how to reach us about it. It is short on purpose.

What we hold about you

We hold what the service needs and little else, so the list is short. Sign-in is through Google, so we receive the basic profile your Google account shares: a name, an address for the account and a Google identifier.

When you call the API, we record the key used, the action, the time, the domain queried and the credits spent. That is how billing works. Abuse checks use it too. Queries are domains, not people, and we treat them as account data nonetheless.

Top-ups are paid in USDT (TRC-20). We keep the transaction reference and amount against your balance. We do not collect card details, because we do not take cards.

What we do with it

We use it to run your account, show your balance, answer support requests and stop abuse. That is all.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your query history to build a product for others. The link index itself is built from our own crawl of public web pages and does not contain your account details.

Service providers that process payments or host the site may handle limited data on our behalf. They act only for the service. We may also share data where a legal obligation requires it.

Cookies and your browser

The site sets a session cookie when you sign in, so you stay signed in. Without it, the dashboard cannot work.

The public pages and free explorer run without sign-in. If your browser blocks cookies, the content still loads and only the account area is affected.

We do not run third-party advertising scripts on the account area. Nothing there is sold to anyone.

How long we keep it, and your options

Billing records stay as long as accounting and dispute rules require. Usage logs are kept for a limited period for support and abuse checks, then cleared.

To ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, sign in and use the account page. Requests are handled there, so we can confirm they come from the account owner.

We may update this notice. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are shown in the account area. See also the terms for how the service itself works.
